You’ve heard people talk and talk about how important branding, brand consistency, and your image is. Well…it’s true. Each part of your brand, whether it’s your logo, photo style, or simply a colour, triggers a reminder to your website visitors and social media followers.
When choosing your social media handles, it’s becoming more difficult to get the same name across all channels. For example, with my personal blog girlonthego.ca I was able to get GirlontheGoCA for Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter, but not Facebook —I had to go with GirlontheGoTravel.
Once you have your social media identity established, start thinking about the image you want to portray and the messages you want to create for your visitors.

to gain authentic followers and turn them into paying clients.
